Participants were the second row in the member companies (future leaders). The goal was to create links for young industrialists with the AFEI founders in preparation for the responsibilities of developing the federation according to their ideas and the context. The outcome of the meeting was the formation of “a standing Committee for Young Industrialists” which should prepare its suggestions for the processes of working with and linking to the Federation.
